Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported. The checkout country list includes other destinations, but only supported US delivery addresses can proceed to payment.
Free standard shipping
All orders receive free standard shipping within our supported delivery area. There is one shipping service; expedited delivery is not offered.
Handling and transit time
Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Combined delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order cutoff and business days
The order cutoff is 7:00 PM at a fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time) throughout the year, without daylight saving adjustment. Monday–Friday are business days, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays start handling on the next business day.

Taxes
No tax is added at checkout under our current store pricing configuration. This is not a statement that the products are legally tax-exempt.
